introducing the 2023 Ram TRX Fish and Wildlife Truck.
This comes with a Whelen Package Featuring a 54 inch Legacy 4 sets of Ions and 2 Tracers 
The skin came out of my box full of random ideas never have i ever done a Fish and Wildlife vehicle
this is my first so Comment Like and Review

Vehicle included: 
lasdchgr - 2014 Dodge Charger PPV with Whelen Liberty lightbar.
Requirements:
        OpenIV;
        Dynamic Lightning System by TheMayBeast - Optional, but highly recommended. Only the 3rd stage would be active without DLS.
 
 

Extra list:
        lasdchgr:
                None.

Installation:
        1. Make sure you have your ‘mods’ folder in GTA V’s main folder with a copied ‘update’ folder.
        2. Open your OpenIV, turn on ‘Edit mode’ and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder ‘dmlasdchgr’.
        3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom               and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:        

    <Item>dlcpacks:/dmlasdchgr/</Item>

        4. Replace old file with the new one.

Additional steps for:
DLS Users:
        Copy ‘DLS’ folder from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/Plugins/
ELS Users:
        Copy .xml files from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/ELS/pack_default/
Note: ELS files are blank. This means you can’t control light stages, patterns, etc. Only the 3rd stage and siren selection would work.

        Do not display this file on other sites as your own.
        Do not rip, dismantle or change the vehicle in any way (Except for livery files).

This is for people who enjoy pictures attached to their cars via Add-On spawner. 
Looks something like this in-game 

 
The images are 4k, but the ones on LSPDFR are 1080p because of image limits.
If you would like a pack done, send me a message.
 
Installation For Addon:
Drag and drop into your main GTAV folder.
 
Installation For Replace:
If you use these vehicles as replace, instead of addons, simply rename the image files to that vehicle model. e.g. lasd1>police
In UserDLC/LASD by LAPD Code 3.list open that with notepad and rename as well.

This is my first model that i've done a public release on, I plan to do a lot more. Textures are all custom from a box of gloves I have a home lol. Poly is mentioned in the pictures, pretty much just a box that I put a texture on in Blender. Materials come included, just simply add it to your car in Zmod and put the texture in your vehicles ytd. You may use this is any vehicle you wish, just please provide credits. You may NOT resell this *Unless its modified* Those who sell vehicle models on the market, feel free to add it to your vehicle just please give me some credit 🙂
