not sure if i'll get a reply, but the last two days, when i call for a plate check, it gives me a "We can not honor that request at this time" error, however i open police radio and it checks fine, when i call for prisoner transport, it gives me an "unable to do that" error, as well as tow truck, i have to force spawn a towtruck to the area. ive reinstalled vocal dispatch, ive reinstalled police radio, arrest manager, traffic policer, starting to run out of ideas of what the issue could be.

installed it, load in game, only has 1 livery, which is state trooper. the vehicles.meta in the update for the charger has the correct flags. do i need to change my updates.rpf vehicles.meta? *****FIXED******* so if you go into the common vehicles.meta, in update, update.rpf, common, data, levels, gta5 or whatever the path is, extract the vehicles.meta, open it in word, add the FLAG_HAS_LIVERY into the flags line for the fbi vehicle, save, and drag it back into openiv.

hey man love the mod works great love the customization. now, heres my question, is there any way to alter the in game uniforms/eup uniforms, and turn them into an RCMP loadout colours? style im not worried about but is there something i can do to alter the eup uniforms or custom colour them? if not no worries just thought id ask thanks!

alright this is the after of what you recommended. not sure why it never worked before, however maybe note it in the installation if people have light issues to install visualV and then install radianceV in that order. because that fixed my issues as you can see. Appreciate the help man!

Yes I turned both of those to ultra and high, I have radiance V installed with the very bright settings installed, and just installed visualV which honestly gave the lights more colour. But no bloom

alrighty so i only made an account to comment on this because even after doing every step you've listed in the notes, and the additional mods you noted you use, and the in game settings you use, my lights dont have any brightness. they are as if they are only blinking. no flash? if you understand what i mean. no "pop". like i said i followed the steps in your read me, and did the extra steps that werent in the readme. still nothing. and im at a loss now because i love this mod but always choose the taurus interceptor over this just due to the lights. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys
