    Vnom got a reaction from Riding With Antonio for a file, Washington State License Plate (My First Mod)   
    This is a Washington State License Plate replacing the Yankton Plate, its pretty simple yet good looking. There will be no readme included because I am lazy.
     
    Instructions:
    1. Install OpenIV
    2. Open OpenIV
    3. Go to x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
    4. Go in Edit Mode
    5. Locate vehshare.ytd and open it
    6. Drop the image in and save it
     
    Thanks for downloading, hopefully I might upload more license plate mods in the future.
