Since you didn't say it, I'm assuming the issue is the vehicle not showing up in the garage? Are the vehicles actually installed in your game?

You can frisk via StopThePed's menu with the stopped/arrested ped. There's also keybinds for it. F10 for keyboard X + DPadDown on controller.

You can readd McAfee and just add LSPDFR as an exception. You might have pop-ups disabled, check your adblock settings and check the browser settings.

Replace the policeb vehicles.meta with that of police2. Remember to do the following Change the name of the extra police2 meta that will replace policeb with policeb. When adding in the replacement vehicle, change the name to policeb.

This means that ELS is not being loaded. Do you have ScriptHookV?

I'm not sure if this script still works, but this can do kind of what you're wanting - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/hide-minimap-shortcut You just need to hit the shortcut key every time you get in and out of the vehicle.
