You didn't install Computer+ correctly.

Vehicles can be anything unmarked, even the Transit for crime scene tech. Unfortunately I don't know about the peds off the top of my head, however if you have a trainer you can look through all the peds to find one that works.

Those can be tricky. I don't even understand them, I never mess with the EUP stuff. I leave it as is and just change the ped name.

I want this to be the featured video on LSPDFR. 😂 I appreciate you thinking I'm smart enough to make vehicles, but this is by @BlueGhost.

All you need to do is copy an existing line in SpecialUnits, paste it, and change the name and vehicles. Gotta give it a few more tries. 🙂
