    Okay, I figured it out, and I had both Dsound and XLiveless installed. Whoops. Anyways, now that it works, I tried Alt+P and nothing happened. I did add a car texture and that works, but no LCPDFR. Also, it gives me the "LCPDFR_Loader.Loader" error when I load a new game. ~PersusjCP

    Okay, so my game was working, running fine and all, but after I installed LCPDFR, ELS, and used SparkIV to install the Toronto Police Service Pack, and now I open GTA up, and it just shows up as a background process in Task Manager. Help is appreciated, ~PersusjCP
