Whenever I load into my game, which I just reinstalled today, my lspdfirstresponce.dll and eupmenu.dll both crash and I don't know why.

Hello,

When I am in a pursuit in Blaine County or exit my car in the county, the game immediately crashes to my desktop...

My game crashes while in the game, and it crashes at different times when it does. I get the same error each time, which says, "Please reboot and restart your game", which I have done multiple times. I have also reinstalled plugins and LSPDFR itself.

When I am loading into LSPDFR it crashes while loading into the game.

It was a plugin i believe something like "LSPDFR update checker" can't remember exactly sorry.

I don't have that plugin.

I looked at the RPH log again and didn't find anything, what I would do is take out the plugins one by one and load your game each time until you find out which one it is. It will take some time but it should help you find out.

StopThePed shouldn't be causing the issue. When you load into the game and go on duty, do any notifications on the left side of your screen come up saying plugins are out of date? 

What plugins do you have installed? 

When I force duty thru the F4 menu I get the notification, " Unhandled Exception in console command." Anyone know how to fix it?

The problem is still persisting.

My RPH is crashing while it is populating the game world, it started after I updated everything today.

Yes. I had installed a car the day it had started doing this, so I deleted my mods folder and that didn't help.

The only move I have done to it was when I got my drive about a year ago and I had changed the install location through steam.

To confirm, you've never moved it and it is a legitimate version?

I didn't know if you wanted my whole directory but here is the first screenshot.

It still tells me the exact same thing and when I click "Yes," it also says it could not locate the game folder.

I reinstalled both and it still does the exact same thing

My Rage is telling me either it my game is not updated or it isn't installed correctly. I have done it on a new copy and tells me the exact same thing. Can someone help?
