This is what Details says: I noticed that, although i downloaded before that happened. Although I just got roudn to installing it today. Would that still affect it somehow? :S And if so, Will I just have to wait it out orrr...?

Hi. Right, heres the deal. I've already installed and played LCPDFR previously with NO problems at all. But I recently just installed GTA IV again. So I immdeadiatley came back to this website to download the mod after I patched the game to 1.0.7.0. As i ran the installer, I got this strange error. (screen shot in the spoiler) I was wondering if any of you have any idea what this means or how i can fix it? I've tried re-installing the .NET framework but it didn't work.. :S I'm not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated :) thanks.
