ok i got the problem to my problem ... the computer didnt changed the area from germany to united states ^^ now it works

hello, i really love this, and it works very good. As german, naturally I use the german language pack, but i want to try the origninal english one. But the problem, if i push the button, i cant talk, and there is not and sound, that i can speak with dispatch. I have no problems with the german pack. What i have to do, to use the english one on my "german pc" ^^ i already tried to change the key in the .ini file, but it doenst help :( thanks a lot

I have updatet lspdfr to version 0.3, RPH to 0.38 and Arrest Manager to 5.8.0.3 I've read the readme, watched tutorials on youtube, etc, I did the same, but it still doesn't work. Arrest Manager could be loaded.
