It's the same error message if you open ultimatebackup or callout interface: Exception message: address cannot be zero.

Just drag and drop in the main gta folder, click replace when asked.

First Responders use a different vehicle.
In order to change this go to: GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/UltimateBackup and configure the SpecialUnits.xml file --> There you can select the vehicles the First Responder unit uses.

I guess it comes to how immersive you want to be. Better EMS dispatches from the hospitals and fire stations, while UB spawns them nearby. I personally use the UB one because I just ended up fast spawning the Better EMS ambulances anyways.

So you downloaded a fancy 2015 Tahoe and installed it in the police3 slot, only to find that it rolls more than your eyes when your boss is talking to you.  Does your Silverado not drive like a truck should? or maybe your '15 Charger doesn't feel right.    There are a lot of options to choose from when deciding which handlingid you want to use for your car.  I've compiled a list of what I use for handling lines, and thus far, all have worked just fine.  For some of them, such as the Silverado and Expedition, someone else might of found a better handling, and if that's the case, please comment below letting me know what you're using and I'll give it a shot. 
 
Some people like to edit the handling.meta.  This is not a requirement, the handlingid is all you need to touch if you just want the basics.  Handling.meta is there for those who know a bit about modding and want to refine the handling lines to feel realistic.
 
For those that might be confused on what the handlingid is, it's one of the top lines in the vehicles.meta.
 
Here's an example:

All of these will be for police vehicles, I will not be covering modded civilian cars.  Also note that this topic really only applies to those who have modded their police fleet.

Is there a dedicated list of downloaded files that I can access? I'd like to post some file reviews but I thought I'd check if this feature is available before I manually track down the files myself.

The default key is M, then you go to the section marked "vehicle" (maybe vehicle options, I can't remember) and from there you should be able to control the radio stations. I get this issue quite often because of the smartradio plugin opening when you scroll through vehicle selection. When you try to close the smartradio after having just selected your vehicle, it activates the radio so perhaps try waiting to close your smartradio until you're on the street and in your car.

You need to wait for Script Hook to update since there was a new update from rockstar games. 

You have no crash here. This is most likely a vehicle mod you put in or corrupted game data. Verify your game files.
Rename your mods folder to mods_
If your game works after this then something is wrong with your mods folder.
