  1. I have Dsound.dll in the directory folder.
  2. I have ELS.ASI and another file that just says ELS
  3. Im pretty sure i did. i put all the files in Vehicles.img in SparkIV. and the ELS files are in GTA IV folder what else do i do?
  4. ASI Loader? whats that? ALT+M nothing happens. the only thing what works is the siren when i press G
  5. i have the newest version of gta 4 the 1.0.7.0. or whatever it is, and im using SparkIV, and ELS V6. im using LCPDFRV.95. I am able to edit the cars, but even the cars i download are ELS V6 cars, i cant get the lights to go on. i tried the default keys such as J,K, Alt+M with no avail how do i make ELS work? i have the steam download GTA 4 and LCPDFR works fine the siren works fine but i can NOT get the lights on! ive tried it on multiple ELS vehicles and one of the lights on the lightbar stays on permanately but i cant get any lights to go on. Im using a federal signal unitrol touchmaster delta siren and that works perfect but how can i make the lightbar turn on? i tried to open the flash command menu ive seen on other videos but my game doesnt have it? HELP!!
  6. i would like to install the sheriff vehicle from my hometown but i do not know how. i have els installed but i encounter errors with SparkIV, it says its a newer version of gta than it can handle. theres the vehicle i want, how do i install it ???
