Diagnostic crashes! And the error Is almost as big as the screen!

When Playing GTA IV for 5 minutes XP will have a pop up about GTAIV need's to close. Do you want to send error report? Also If I try and ignore the pop up in the middle of my screen GTA IV will still continue to work! Diagnostic Reports will be present in few minutes!

The Application won't even launch with out the error

I'm trying to install LCPDFR on XP Pro And I get this error message: The Application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000135) Press Ok to terminate the application What I've Tried Running As Admin Installing C++ and other Apps Required Redownloading LCPDFR Reinstalling GTA IV Please Help :(

I know but Think about this, Half the people are different time zones than Trooper John who will host the games so I predict that only 2,3 people will play at a time

I think he knows, but I never crash more than when I play campain with car mods/ LCPDFR

I love this car but It crashes my game... It says FATAL ERROR Out of video memory Please reboot your system... It's because of how many poly's it has Also your vic doesn't work either Is there a fix?
