ive decided just to get a tower and upgrade it

the reason i ask is because amazon sells it for 2 different prices 7 to dl it or 20 for them to send you a disc is there a difference also the the dl version im guessing has a tag that says not windows 7 compatable

ive been wanting to buy gta IV to get first response but i windows 7 will this work on my system i have a: Lenovo v570 laptop 6gb ram 640gb hard drive intel core i5 processor Intel ® HD graphic family (i think is my video card) i keep seeing ppl say it works for them some say it doesnt can someone help me
