Just to let you know, if you use the priority in the task manager you'll have to do that every time you load gta. Although, this is not recommended to give priority all the time to certain process because of windows processes and all of this shit. We all have to hope that they'll fix it, this is just a problem of resource management...

Yes, but I've probably found a solution for the rendering issue - just changing Main.PreloadAllModels in the lspdfr.ini to false. But my FPS still not as good as in vanilla... And for your question, I've installed 0.4 on a fresh install. Try looking at my solution, it might help you a bit too... I've tried this solution as they said in the common issues page.

I have the same problem, and I see that the most in objects rendering (loads late...) and fps drops. Also, as one that always keeps track of the CPU in the task manager, I can say that in 0.3 my CPU was on average 40%, and in 0.4 it's on 70%. I guess there's some resource issue, probably with the new AI as some of you mentioned before... I don't think that the specs really matter, but if you really want...: I7-9700k EVGA RTX-2070 32RAM DDR4 And my GTA V is running on the SSD, if some1 really cares...
