Hey mates, so here is my problem - I'm trying to make a siren mod for GTA, but somehow I can't import the files into GTA-IVaud. It keeps saying the sounds wern't PCM files but they are, they are also Mono, at 44100 Hz and 16-bit PCM wave files. Please help me. I searched for an answer and also asked people but none would help.
