    In an effort to improve the police transport market, I am working on retexturing and uploading models. I am using Mohaalsmeer's "convoi exceptional van"(https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/convoi-exceptionnel-chevrolet-express), and am retexturing it into a police transport replacement. The skin used will be similar to Doitmyselfs Chevrolet express skin, albeit it will be more city appropriate. ) Doityourselfs original Express:
