I have a question let's say I want to skin a ped model that has extras added to the upper. I want the shirt to be brown how would I do this? I can put the badge and everything else on there but can't seem to figure this part out. I can texture cars lol it's way easier. Thanks for any feedback!

So I take the quote in quote template open it in paint.net the same way with vehicles make the outline then I start adding pieces in right

people like you man is why modders stop doing things. stop complaining about new updates, I know when he puts the new version out you'll know. have you tried to make these things its a pain to do and takes time and patiences.

now if i can find the template to the uniforms ill be alright. any tutorials on this Donnzy? I seen that you used MY EUP how did you change the colors of the uniforms?

Hey guys I'm wanting to start working on creating Police uniforms I get all the way to photoshop then I dont know how to change the color of the uniform. Is it the same way as changing the colors using paint.net and a car template?
