When spawning a police vehicle i know i can change the extras on it, but it spawns with no lights but if i edit the vehicle with a trainer i can turn on and off the extra lights. I need to know how to edit the default spawning lights? This would be very helpful.

I am looking for someone who can make 2 or 3 NON-ELS cars for a fivem server, No one wants to convert or release anything, and i cant do it myself. if you want more info just pm me.

Update* I figured out i need unlocked "DEV" versions of the vehicle but im not sure on how to add the lights and what not wish i could find a good tutorial

How would i take a car that is els and convert it to Non-els for use on fivem server?
