    Yeah some agencies have Crime Suppression Units. From my understanding they are generally experienced officers who patrol and target high crime areas and are tasked with things like gang enforcement, warrant service, drug enforcement, etc. That's my understanding of it but I may not be 100% correct.

    I'll make the decals first usually, using a car template as a guide. Then I'll crop and hide any other layers and save the decal as an individual file. Then you can then place that file and resize accordingly on other car's templates.
