I had one crash caused by this script, I've got the log if you're interested. I really like the concept. If you expanded the distance on which these spawned and possible included some "shady" peds or stuff to really dig in or look for that'd be awesome. Keep up the great work!

Just a heads up. Please include your self in the credits for making the modification, however approved for the time being. In truth you could just open up a browser and listen to the live feed but this is great if you don't want to take up resources with a browser running in the back ground. Nice job bud. :)
