    Getting an error when opening RPH saying, "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus. Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer." At first it worked with just RPH installed so I installed Modern Siren Pack as well as all the OpenIV .asi files that are required for loading the modded .rpf files, which then triggered this error. I have restarted my PC, turned off defender and my firewall, as well as reinstalling the game. I would like to get this resolved without having to get rid of OpenIV, I also saw something about people have two GTA 5 folders, but I only have one.
