Michael Ehrmantraut reacted to KLE0 for a file, [ELS] LAPD FPIS Mini-Pack
    Vehicles
    - 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan LAPD Arjent
    - 2015 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan LAPD Slicktop

    Features
    - Full 3-stage lighting with real LAPD lighting patterns.
    - Takedown via Arjent and dual outward-facing spotlights (slicktop only).
    - Breaking glass, working dials, animated exhaust, and bullet-resistant windshield.
    - Authentic 4K LAPD livery (including 4 liveries for each vehicle).
    - Accurate and beautiful environmental lighting with each light module featuring its own corona.
    - Optimized file sizes (Arjent: 12.07MB, Slicktop: 11.73MB, including all 4K liveries).

    Optional Equipment
    - LoJack system (extra 10)
    - Laird antennas (extra 12, Arjent only)
    - Dashcam (extra 12, slicktop only)

Please note that this is a ELS/non-ELS hybrid vehicle which means it requires custom carcols/carvariations for the lights to work properly.
When using the replace option, the included vehicles.meta files are required for correct dials and extra spawning behavior.

Michael Ehrmantraut reacted to Dingleberry for a file, Whelen Epsilon
    File Name:
    Whelen Epsilon Siren by Dingleberry

    Description:
This isn't really my first siren but it is the first one I think is ready to upload. Here's a Whelen Epsilon I have made several months back so yeah.

    What's Inside:
    -Readme.txt
    -Siren Audio Files Folder
    -File Folder

    Installation:
(Basic Installation: Replaces everything inside vehicles.awc. If you have other things in their that don't have any significance then do this. Otherwise, do one of the other steps below.)
Drag the contents inside the "File" folder and using OpenIV drag that file into mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf.

(If you don't already have a .oac)
Go into OpenIV and go to mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf then right click "vehicles.awc". Then click "Export to OpenFormats (.oac)" and export that to where ever you'd like. Once you've done that you want to follow the steps below.

(If you already have a .oac outside of OpenIV)
Copy all the contents inside the "Siren Audio Files" folder and copy them into your vehicles.oac. Then drag the vehicles.oac file into mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
