Voici le pack des skins de la Sûreté du Québec, le pack contient les skins pour le Crown Vic, le Charger 2014, le Charger 2016, l'Explorer 2015, le Tahoe 2013 et le Taurus. Chaque modèle comprend plusieurs skins avec des numéros d'unité et de plaque différents. J'ai aussi inclus la texture pour la lightbar rouge et bleue fournie par BradM. Quelques véhicules ont un des skin pour représenter le nouveau look de la SQ.

This mod removes all palm and cactus plants from the map and replaces them with deciduous and coniferous plants.
 
This is a reupload of one of my old GTA5 mods.
Since I currently have no GTA installed, the mod has not been tested with the latest GTA version and there is neither support nor updates.
So just try it.
 
This mod is completely released for further development and further use because I myself no longer have time for it.

Note: This is a revamp of the ZTEP-103, originally created by Zone Technologie. However, the tones in this pack were created entirely from scratch by me and I initially created this pack for my own personal use.
 
I created it specifically for use with the Luxart Vehicle Control and includes 3 different tones I will be updating this pack in the next days to add additional tones.
 
I included a link to a "built and ready to use" ArchiveFix folder, that you can use if any of you encounter any issues when launching the game.

This "mod" removes any and all bikes from traffic and some other vehicles that have no sense being on the roads in the snow.
Make sure you turn off any callouts that spawn bikes or convertibles, If any mod/callout spawns bikes or convertibles, it will crash LSPDFR.
Check your log to find out which mod does it.

Please note, as of version 4.0, this no longer spawns snow covered cars or snow plows ambiantly.

This mod makes the rotating light effects on the ground and surrounding buildings brighter and further away.

ELS fixes this for LED lights, but I always thought rotators didn't reflect on buildings far enough away, so I modified the carcols.ymt to make them POP.

You can't really see it in the screenshots, but you can check out the video link below to give you an idea.

 
To install, simply extract carcols.ymt contained in this download at the following path:

Simple fix for the weapon wheel replacing the Marksman Pistol with a speed radar gun
To install, simply navigate with OpenIV to this path:
MODS\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf
Click Edit mode up top, open(double click) hud.ytd and click/drag weapons_dlc_bb.png into the window that pops up.
Save and close. Don't forget to backup all files!

I've also included a skin for @Scaarus's pro laser 4 that shows it in KM/H for those of us outside the US.

Ce fichier traduit les charges et les constats d'infraction des mods ComputerPlus et LSPDFR+ en francais. J'ai aussi recherché les vraies pénalités pour le territoire Québécois avec le bon montant d'argent pour les amendes et le bon nombre de points de démérite.
 
Vous devez avoir installé les mods ComputerPlus et LSPDFR+ AVANT de copier ces fichiers dans votre dossier mère de GTA V et vous devez les re-copier après chaque mise-à-jour de ces mods. À NOTER que j'ai enlever les chefs d'accusation dans le fichier de LSPDFR+ parce que lors que je passe toujours les menottes avant de faire le rapport avec ComputerPlus, donc inutile de l'avoir dans LSPDFR+

This is a french translation of the charges and offenses for ComputerPlus and LSPDFR+ mods. I've also researched the real penalties for Québec infractions, both for demerit points and ticket amounts.

You must have installer ComputerPlus and LSPDFR+ BEFORE you paste these files in your root GTA V directory and you must re-copy them each time those mods are updated. Note that I deleted the Felonies and Disorder tabs from LSPDFR+ because I only use the ones in ComputerPlus, since you usally arrest the perp and don't charge him with anything while he's sitting in his car.

Voici le pack des skins du SPVM (Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal), le pack contient les skins pour le Crown Vic, le Charger 2014, le Charger 2016, l'Explorer 2015, l'Impala 2016 et le Taurus. Chaque modèle comprend plusieurs skins avec des numéros d'unité et de plaque différents. J'ai aussi inclus la texture pour la lightbar rouge et bleue fournie par BradM et la texture Superviseur pour les fenêtre de l'Explorer. 
Les plaques en avant sont juste pour rire vù qu'au Québec, nous n'avons pas de plaques avant.

Here is the complete skins pack for the SPVM (Montreal Police), the pack contains multiple liveries for the Crown Vic, the 2014 and 2016 charger, the 2015 Explorer, the 2016 Impala and the FPIS. Each car gets multiple skins with different unit and plate numbers. I've also included the lightbar texture provided by BradM to make the front red and blue, aswell as the window texture for the FPIU as Supervisor. 
I put novelty plates in the front to be silly because Québec cars don't have front plates.

Voici le pack des skins de la Sûreté du Québec, le pack contient les skins pour le Crown Vic, le Charger 2014, le Charger 2016, l'Explorer 2015, le Tahoe 2013 et le Taurus. I've also included the lightbar texture provided by BradM to make it red and blue. Some models have the new livery showing off the new look the SQ is changing to in the next few years.

Voici des skins de la Sureté du Québec pour le Dodge Charger 2015. Le pack comprend 4 skins avec des numéro d'unités différent, et comprend aussi le fichier Photoshop, si vous voulez changer les numéro d'unité ou en créer d'autre. Le skins va faire parti d'un pack éventuellement, mais en attendant j'upload celui pour la voiture individuelle.

Les skins ont été créés et testés avec le Dodge Charger 2015 de Ablaze mais pourrait fonctionner avec d'autres Chargers // Skins are made and tested with Ablazes 2015 Sheriff Charger but might work with other Charger models.
Here are skins for Sureté du Québec for the 2015 Dodge Charger. The pack contains 4 skins with different unit numbers and the photoshop file in case you want to edit the numbers or add more. This vehicle will be part of a bigger pack eventually but I'm releasing the individual cars as I get them done, for now.

Je sais que la plupart des photos sur Internet montre un schéma différent pour le damier à l'arriere, mais ceux que j'ai vu en personne n'étaient pas fait comme ceux-là, donc j'ai fait mes skins tel que je me souviens avoir vu en vrai.
