I am not sure. Sometimes for Code 2 calls they will use lights to clear intersections or red lights and then continue at regular speed. I know there is a Code 2 HIGH call sometimes but i am not sure if that changes anything or just speed. There might be something in the ini folder to change it or try the custom backup mod.

If you download The EUP packs you can change it that way. Also Skin Editor i believe it is you can make a character and save them. Then press F8 and load it the F4 and do the force duty command. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/skin-control

I think if your going for realism it would be annoying to burn out every time the light changed lol. I also hate trying to drive and push left thumb-stick to change siren for intersection

Personally i just use a controller for driving only. Its a pain picking it up and down while streaming but it has been the best solution i have found. Especially when driving very slow through alleys and using spotlight.

I love playing in unmarked / stealth patrol cars. I was wondering who else likes cars that have a ridiculous amounts of lights. Ex: The grill, pushbar, side windows, lights, back windows, bumpber, foglights, runners / sideskirt end lights. The kind where you go hey is that a cop car and then bam your blinded lol. If you look at the picture you could add small lights in the corner of each window and a bar in the back side windows. Another bar on the front glass and some on the rear. Also an option for the Yellow traffic light bar to come on and off. Also i think if someone can make a car with stealth lights it would be amazing and be better for unmarked patrol / bait car. Like in the image.
