    DISREGARD I resolved the issue after installing Games for Windows Live.

    Sup everyone, I just finished building my rig today with Windows 10, and everything is all set up, however, I installed GTA IV, and whenever I try to start it, it will not load up. When I press play, it takes me to the Social Club login, and after I login, nothing happens. My specs are: Intel Core i7 950 3.07GHz Processor, 16 Gb of Ram, GeForce GTX 560 Somewhere around 9 gigabytes (I think) and the rest don't matter. Any solutions? Thanks.
