  1. Does LCPDFR have the ability to repair the car with a click of a button? I can't tell whether it does or not from some videos I have seen.
  2. Great, Thanks! You guys have been very helpful, and I like how quickly you replied.
  3. Good point. And just one more question. These instructions also apply to .95 RC2 right?
  4. That's it? Sounds great! But in the same sense, if it was that simple, why didn't they wrap this up with an uninstall wizard? Even the PPM has an uninstall wizard. But then again, PPM is written in C++. Who knows, we might see one soon enough.
  5. Hey, I was searching the forum and there seems to be no posts about actually uninstalling the mod (not that anyone would want to ) but I was wondering how to none the less. So officially, how do you uninstall the LCPDFR mod? It doesn't come with an uninstall wizard. And it would make a great pinned post for everyone else to see.
  6. You got that right. When you do very very advanced software engineering with C++, you need to walk on eggshells . I've had programs blow up in my face and crash my PC. But that's only if you're really getting down to the nitty gritty. For modding, I like the complexity of the code you can write, yet still being easy to use. Most people love C# because it's suspiciously similar to JAVA. I'm assuming that's Sam's favorite part.
  7. I know this thread is old, so I don't know if I will get a reply. BUT, I couldn't help but notice Sam post "just looking at C++ Scares me". Why is this exactly? C++ is one of the most powerful, fast, fully compiled, easy to use, object oriented, portable, standardized, and popular languages in the planet. I think using C++ would be a good thing. But I would like to hear it from Sam himself as to what he thinks of C++ and why. I would really like to hear your story.
