Ok, I fixed it using a new layer set to overlay, which kept the detail... but now when I select the ped in game, it has no texture at all. The shape and everything is ok, but literally the entire texture is a tan/off white color.

Yes, unfortunately. I figured that was my problem; I just don't know how to fix it. Maybe sprinkle some darker colors around, or should I start over?

Hey guys. I finally started texturing peds and I'm immediately noticing some problems. After tweaking one for a while after noticing that the way the color looks in pain.NET doesn't exactly translate in game, I noticed that my ped looks super flat. Not like Flat Stanley, but like no creases, etc. Just flat, blob-ish green. How can I add some depth? Also, I can add a screenshot if you'd like.

I'm sorry if it was mentioned previously, but is this strictly IV? If so, I would be interested in helping with the work required to make a GTA V version.

So I was screwing around with San Andreas today and got these texture errors on lightbars. I'm using ELM 9.1, and all cars are from BXBugs The lightbar is supposed to be standard red/blue and the lights on the pushbar white. I'm also having this problem with the RCMP Tahoe. I have the unmarked crown vic as fbirancher, but it's lights work fine.

Oh, man. I didn't realize somebody else was already trying to do this. If anyone can try and dig up that thread or find out who it was, that would be awesome.

I was wondering if anyone was interested in teaming up to create a new version of the Police MDC that this website hosted for GTA IV (mdc.lcpdfr.com) I have a little programming experience, but nowhere near enough to do this on my own. I have the concept down, though, and because the framework is already available, we might be able to build off that. If anyone's interested, please let me know! Thanks guys

Does anyone know of an online map/map .jpg with all of the street names on it? Something like the one IGN put out for GTA IV. I'm getting real tired of having to use the paper map that came in the case. This is the 21st century, after all Edit: The reason I posted here was because I am still unable to find what I am looking for after a couple days of looking—yes, even on Google.

Alas, it looks like the system has been dumped. Too bad.

Maybe you can find a way to integrate fakenamegenerator.com. A random name with no history could be generated like 40% of the time, and if nothing is changed about it, it would be discarded. If the subject was issued a citation, etc., the info would be retained.

You guys haven't forgot about this, have you? I know that you've been working on people's accounts, etc, but I can't help notice the lack of news and attention to bugs. I haven't lost faith... just curious.

It's not perfect, you kinda just have to work around the flaws. If I get a bad name (I only generate one at a time unless I really am out with 2-3) I'll just run it again until I get a good one. I've only ever had to run it three times at the most.

A search of the name 'Clark Waters' returns in-custody and wanted.

What's the person's name? Some of them come up frequently. Also I've noticed that sometimes the capitalization is really important and you've got to watch out for names with odd spellings. That's messed me up countless times.

I, personally, still have a good time with the tool. I wish that the rediculously slow page load times could be reduced, though. Is there any idea of why it does that?
