  1. Ok gotcha on that. The ambient models aren't changing. I added a mod police2 in \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday5ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gtav and it seems that all the ambient cars stay at the default police2. Should I be replacing my police2 in a different location?
  2. When I add new police vehicles to LSPDFR I notice that I am the only one in the game using the car. My back up units and other units are in the default police vehicles. I have installed my modded cars in \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday5ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gtav I had to add them such as police2 because they weren't there already. Should I be installing these files elsewhere? Any help would be appreciated.
  3. After about 24 hours of tweaking I got LSPDFR installed and the Rage plugin to load. The Rage splash screen comes up and loads and F4 works. But, I cannot see any police stations. I have the latest Microsoft .net framework installed and I have unblocked all the .dll files. I have even tried reloading Rage by entering "LSPD First Response.dll" but when I do that it says it's not a valid command from the F4 screen. Am I missing something? FYI I am running Windows 10.   4. I was able to download using my cell phone data as a hot spot. Apparently the website does not like Time Warner.
  5. I have searched the web for this topic but could not find anything so I decided to post here. Every time I try to download the LSPDFR 0.3 Mod I get to the CAPTCHA page fine then when I try to download the MOD I get the following... The connection has timed out The server at cdn.rawgit.com is taking too long to respond. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. I have tried this on IE, Firefox and Google Chrome and get the same result. Is this a bandwidth issue? I'm home on leave for the military and really wanted to get this downloaded before I have to go back so any help would be appreciated.
