  1. Finally reached level 90

    SteffinEl posted a topic in Legacy
    Now that I reached rank 90 I rushed to the garage to complete the last Email Upgrade to level 4 for my engine, be abuse it says you can when you reach level 90 or win x number of races. I'm level 90 and it's not letting me. What am I doing wrong?
