So i want to start getting into callouts and maybe making textures and such. Can someone tell me how I would do this? thanks 🙂

So I see a lot of people talking about the file is too big so the sirens don't work. It has to be 15.7mb or less or it will be muted. If it is over 15.7mb you can mute other files to make the folder smaller. If this is in the wrong forum, please move it. This is not my method, im just sharing it as it helped me! well for me you're supposed to make a folder then place the vehicles folder and vehicles.oac then import formats and select vehicles oac.

well for me it said go to /64/audio/sfc resident.rpf then import formats then the vehicles oac. read the readme file. police cars go somewhere else

this happens to me alot, the error is popular. but i just kept trying and it worked :) . so just keep trying and see if it works

when you install stuff through open iv, it does not show up. things such as sirens are sound files. thats why they dont show up

Can someone tell me the best plugins/callouts for 0.3. also cool vehicles and other things :D

Hi, i would really like to start making my own mods for GTA; i would probably start with callouts. can someone link me tutorials or something to get me started :) i have basic knowledge of vb.net but im pretty sure thats not what they use. no rude comments please :p
