    I am also having an issue where Arrest Manger cannot be loaded. All other plugins load correctly but when Arrest Manager tries to load it reads that arrestmanager.dll or one of its dependencies cannot be located. I have reinstalled the mod multiple times to make sure I have all the files and checked the locations. I am using RPH .36 by the way. Thanks again for all the work you put into these amazing mods.
