if I don't get a captcha, what is wrong???

As a former police officer something that occurs often, that I have not seen is an Officer in a fight call, unruly family members at the hospital, bar brawls and, neighbor disputes to name a few. I have also responded to what we call a rolling domestic. Where individuals witness someone assaulting a passenger in their vehicle driving down the highway (majority of the time it was male on female). I retired in December 2015 and still have plenty of reports, it all depends on how real or ,how much work u want to put into this.
