When I play the game and start a pursuit I am fine at 60FPS. When I call one car It will get up and my frames will drop to 40 fps. I have a 980 ti. Is this safer chases?

I have installed radiacneV and the lights do not look right. They are all white. Why is this?

Would it be possible to make a mod that after 30 seconds or so of a pursuit going on like lets say 20-45 seconds of a random time period after a pursuit starts a Frogger and/or news fan will start to follow the pursuit at a distance and traffic will get slightly lighter. Is that possible?

I had this issue but the light bars looked nice on some cars (stock light bars) like this https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/la-county-sheriff-chevrolet-suburban but it looked terrible on cars with modded light bars like this

So I try to install my gun mods for this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/max-payne-3-glock-for-v-animated And when I drag and drop the files into the directory in OPENIV it does not appear in game. I had my gun mods working in the last GTA 5 update but the current update broke them. I was assuming they were just broken but I see that Jeff Faviango was able to get them working and he said that they were fixed? I am not sure but if anyone else has this issue or a fix please let me know. Thanks. I was able to get the sounds for the glock installed but not the model.
