To arrest a person easily, call for backup and wait for them to arrive. Once they arrived aim your gun against the suspect and press 3 (not numpad). The backup units will arrest him and bring him to their car. :thumbsup:

It's called MP.wav in <GTA IV FOLDER>\scripts\LCPDFR\Audio, replace MP.wav with the desired .wav file you want and don't forget to put the new .wav into Audio.rar
