I'm having a similar problem. I'm new to lcpdfr so I do not understand most of this stuff. I'm slowly but surely getting their. I had lcpdfr before I restored my computer and it was working fine. I didn't know the diagnostics tool existed..so I've spent my last 4 days looking all over the web for a fix to this problem....Literally 4 days! everything is in green except for the log check at the bottom. I did exactly what your forums said to do I looked all over your website, and all over the web and have had no result. It says download .Net Framework 4.5 but windows will not let me install it! I've looked everywhere and no result....I want to keep playing lcpdfr but if I cant fix it sadly I'm going to uninstall it. none of your posts are helping me 4.5 will not install to my computer besides that I have everything I need! Please help me! I'm new to this community and all I want to do is enjoy the game.
