    Hey everyone, this may seem kinda stupid but my old role play clan used to use a system of tracking traffic citations with these forms. I loved it and always did it when playing singleplayer with my own forms I created. I feel like it adds to the realism of keeping track of your history as a traffic officer. If anyone wants to use this, I made a entire new form for public use to track all of your traffic citations that you give out in LSPDFR. You will be able to send an email whenever you want to receive a history of all your report submissions back. I keep up with this as much as I can. Thank you all, enjoy!
