    Well i'll be damned. Turns out while uninstalling ELS and reinstalling it I must have deleted scripthook as well and I just readded it and it works! Thanks so much man!

    There was a new GTA 5 patch by Rockstar on 2/11. If you've downloaded and installed it, you will need to wait for an updated Ragehook plugin. I currently have to wait for Ragehook .37 because there's an issue with the .36 and the retail version of GTA which causes LSPDFR to crash. It's unplayable until they have a new version of it.
    THP, it was a nice effort to help someone out, but you may want to read their posts a bit more carefully. He says he has no callouts or plugins installed.
