I was working on this Dodge Charger until my OS crashed and lost everything I had....However, I was going through some stuff and realized I still had a link for this....so, it goes without saying you will find some bugs because it's not complete but its pretty close..It does bother me but oh well..Plus, it's another K9 charger for yall! Lmao. Also, you CAN change the window tint via trainer!

 
 

What does this plugin do? This plugin adds a realistic body cam overlay and also plays the sound every 90 seconds (by default, can be configured).
 
 

 
You can change:
The time between the beeps The serial number in the overlay The model text in the overlay The logo and sound A manual toggle key to activate/deactivate the overlay The general overlay scale The date If it works in every view or first person only

Installation:
1. Copy the files from the .zip into your Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\ folder.
2. Check the .ini file in Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ and adjust the settings and keybinds to your liking.
3. Load the plugin via the RAGE Plugin Hook settings or ingame via the console and enjoy 🙂
 

How to use the custom logo/sound:
 
Logo: Place a .png with the logo of your choice (and preferably transparent background) in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.png".
Sound: Place a .wav file with the sound of your choice in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.wav".
 
Don't go too crazy with the logo/sound files and keep them as small as possible in terms of file size. Larger sizes might cause issues/crashes.

There are no extras to this, just one small antenna on the roof that bobs and a 'reflective' texture.

Blaine County Regional Police Pack
 
Finally I've created a pack that I'm happy to release. This is my first pack, and is based off various Canadian Police Departments.

Information:
The snowy season is nearly upon us, and I got the vibe for some snow ready vehicles. And when I thought of snow, I thought Canada, and when I thought Canada, I thought producing lore friendly vehicles with a fictional lightbar. 
 
The vehicles feature a hybrid lightbar, including halogen and LED lights, and two vehicles with arrow boards.
 
This pack contains:
2011 CVPI 2016 Ford Taurus  2016 Ford Taurus with arrow board 2016 Ford Explorer 2016 Ford Explorer with arrow board  
Features: 
• Two different light bar textures: Clear and coloured
• CVPI and FPIS have optional rambars (extra_12)
• ELS activated arrowboard
• Two packs: one with a middle white rotor, one without. 
• Optional 2k or 4k textures
 
TO ACTIVATE THE ARROW BOARD, USE ALT+[ (Default keys).

Known Bugs:
The ELS controlled arrowboard may cause crashes if used in the Video Editor. Only seems to occur when the arrow board is active. The arrowboard may reset without keys being pressed, simply use the keys to bring it back down and then it'll work normally.

A civilian styled Crown Victoria for all of your undercover needs. Can be used for anything from Traffic Enforcement to detective work.

Fold down Visor lights ( Use 'Alt+[' to fold it down and up) Extra_10 - Set of Antenna's Extra_11 - License Plates (front and back plates on the vehicle) Extra_12 - Automatic License Plate Readers (white) Trunk full of equipment. Traffic Advisor located inside the trunk. Open the trunk and press 'k' to activate only the Traffic Advisor. Fully Functional Cencom Sapphire siren controller.  Low profile lighting to juke out them civilians.

Blaine County 2015 K9 Tahoe (Twiggs County GA)

This is designed as a k9 vehicle, therefore there is a cage in back for the k9. Dont put people back there as they wont sit right.
The k9 dog prop and seat organizer are both extras, respectively.
 
Since this is based off of a GA car, the lights are all blue. However there is a Red/Blue option available is thats what you want.
Template is included in the download.

Known bugs:
To make the takedowns work i had to move the dummy to the middle of the car, therefore when at a distance looking into the car you may see a white corona floating in middle of the car.
 
Installation instructions:
 
This model was designed for RDE, however if you dont use it, just rename the model to whatever slot you want to replace, ie: sheriff2, and drop it into the latest vehicles patchday.
 
If using RDE drop it here mods\update\update.rpf\x64\rde\rdevehicles.rpf\
move the xml files into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

Well, love them or hate them or perhaps they are growing on you. They are here and they are a bit strange but hey, something different. This is something I just tossed together to be my own skin instead of something based off the real world. I want to do more things like this so be prepared for some weird things in the future. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. I'm pleased to present you my latest WIP with a brand new Caprice model including one marked and a detective version of it. I'd put hundreds of hours into this project to bring it to life.
It basically started with a bought model on humster3D which I had paid from my own wallet and developed almost 95% of all the equipment myself from sketch.
The marked version delivers several liveries within repainatble ones, additional ALPR-System and lots of great details. I've made a Detective-version too with regard to Fiskey's L.S. Noire WIP mod.
Please respect my work and don't upload the package without my permission on any other websites.
So now go out there with our brand new fleet vehicles and have some awesome duties and get the bad guys ;)

5T87. I saw this, and I liked it. So I made a standalone version of it.
Currently, there are a few things I don't like that will be edited / added / removed.
First off, the spotlights will be attached to the doors. I'm just busy/lazy and don't wanna do it at the moment.
Secondly, the texture will be edited to fit the NYSP a little more.
The interior will get a few more parts.
And the license plate GTA5 default will be removed. The reason I keep it like that, is so you can edit the vehshare, or whatever, and add the NYSP license plates. So basically this car can be any NYSP unit you want.

Stage two is all rear lighting.
Working spotlights (of course)
Working CenCom Sapphire (inside in the car)
Wobbly Antenna's. Both of the antenna's on the trunk wobble and open / close with the trunk.
 
I will be updating this, and the next update that releases with it, will be the last update.

Hey everyone, this may seem kinda stupid but my old role play clan used to use a system of tracking traffic citations with these forms. I loved it and always did it when playing singleplayer with my own forms I created. I feel like it adds to the realism of keeping track of your history as a traffic officer. If anyone wants to use this, I made a entire new  form for public use to track all of your traffic citations that you give out in LSPDFR. You will be able to send an email whenever you want to receive a history of all your report submissions back. I keep up with this as much as I can. Thank you all, enjoy!

You need the mods below for Citations+ to function. All credits for Computer+ and LSPDFR+ go to their respective creators and contributors.
 
Do you also find it annoying that different mods have different available citations and prices for them? Citations+ unifies the penalties across the mods included. There are also several new citations and charges available with existing callouts in mind. The citations and charges have been checked as much as possible with the Californian law. This includes the points and prices. Check out the video below to see how this will effect your work as a police officer.

This was made for someone on here that works with Bowman PD in South Carolina and we worked together to make this 100 percent realistic all the way down to flash lighting! Bowman is a very small town of just over 1,000 people. So, it isn't going to have alot of fancy stuff on it. However...This Charger turned out absolutely perfect!! Comes with it's own ELS for both red and blue and all blue lighting! Working spotlights and take downs!Also,4 extra liveries incase you want it. Haha. Hope you guys enjoy it!

How to install:
1)With OpenIV, navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. 
2)Once you have done that,click *Edit mode* and then press the green "+"under it.
3)Import the police.yft,police_hi.yft and police.ytd
4)Open the "Bowman Charger.rar" and navigate to extras/lighting options/Blue ELS and install the "POLICE.XML" into GTA main folder/ELS/pack_default.
That's it! Go patrol!

Note:You can change the car name to anything you want! Doesn't have to police.yft!
 
 
P.S. If you don't want to install it there (That's where I install it..But some people do it in the patchday) navigate to the following:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

and bam!
