    You're using NVR, and NVR installs a dlcpack named NVR_EMISSIVES.  Go into this dlc and delete sheriff.ytd, pranger.ytd, and firetruk.ytd.

    Hallo
    I see other people who have this problem, but mostly steam players. (i dont have GTA V on steam)
    I have the game in original copy, i have it up to date with patches.....  (bonus info i played alot of LCPDFR, back then i had no problem installing mods)
    But i made a copy of the GTA V folder, so that i have a backup, like most player in this forum suggest's.
    then i installed LSPDFR, and ragehook 0.29 (because that's the version i see other user suggest in here)
    But it still wont load my LSPDFR.. no problems or bugs in the game i can easily load storymode (BTW i have only played the 2 first missions with franklin)  
    can you help me with some suggestions to what might be wrong and what i can do. :D
