If you have any security/AV programms installed try to turn them off temporally. Sometimes plugins are detected as a thread and blocked.
 

It's most likely Rockstar's countermeasures against modding.
 
 

For the next request please provide more information about your installation, your plugins and so on.
Do you have "Medium Priority Callouts" installed? If so, thats the plugin that is causing your game to crash, just uninstall that its buggy as hell.
 

My question at the moment is why would you put the game on a computer that can't run it? I did that once, and the frame rate was unplayable. 

Once you get a decent and stable mod setup running, it might be worth it. But GTA4 is very unstable with mods. When I used to play LCPDFR, I kept trying around with mod combinations until I found that one I was happy with (which doesn't mean that it's perfectly stable and won't crash).
I'd say if you enjoy V with LSPDFR, don't switch to IV unless you really want to.

Simple. You wanna play online, rename Grand Theft Auto V (your LSPDFR folder now) to Grand Theft Auto V - kopie again. Then rename Grand Theft Auto V.Vanilla back to Grand Theft Auto V. This is the easiest method to use when you're dealing with 2 copies of the game folders and you want to play online and then go back to mods, and vice versa.

You can't do that. Rename your ORIGINAL game folder to Grand Theft Auto V.Vanilla or such, then rename Grand Theft Auto V - kopie to Grand Theft Auto V. Then launch RPH, and it'll work.

Same 4 me. I installed Ragehook and the mod, followed all steps, but ragehook tells me that it doesn´t work with this version of GTAV :/   What can i do ?
 
The current game version is not supported. Please install game version 573.
