  1. Question about backup

    Say I pull someone over that I know will probably run, I want to call backup to be ready in the area. I call a Code 2/3 but when they arrive they get out of their car and usually do nothing, then the suspect drives off. How do I get the backup I call to stay in their car, ready for a pursuit? Is this possible?
