Hello all, I have decided to get back into making cars for GTA 5. Here is my first public release. This car is made to be like a real life counter part I saw, and the lighting is meant to be realistic. Everything on this model is high quality and I took extra effort to make sure everything was realistic. This car is very low profile and all lights are completely hidden until activated. Enjoy!

This is a 2011 CVPI I made. It is a part of a series of vehicles released on this site. 
 
 
INSTALLATION:
USING OPENIV, NAVIGATE TO:

ONCE IN THAT DIRECTORY DRAG AND DROP THE .YFT , _hi.YFT , AND .YTD FILES IN THE DIRECTORY.
 
TO INSTALL YOUR VFC FILE, GO TO YOUR GTA 5 MAIN DIRECTORY, FROM THEIR GO TO ELS/pack_default and drag and drop the vfc in that location

This is a 2014 Dodge charger I made. It has two textures, and LSPD version and a LSSD version (as seen in screenshots).
 
THE SHERIFF TEXTURE WILL SPAWN WHITE, USING A TRAINER YOU CAN CHANGE IT TO ANY COLOR YOU WANT. THE COLOR IN THE PHOTOS IS METALLIC GRAPHITE BLACK.

How to fix the lights without the use of a trainer.
Open OpenIV Go to GTA V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data > levels > gta 5 Enter "Edit Mode" Double-Click "vehicles.meta" This will open the OpenIV Text Editor At the top, search for (without the quotes) "<modelName>pranger" For me, line 16762. Scroll down and change line 16827 from: <diffuseTint value="0xAA0A0A0A" /> To: <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> Save the "vehicle.meta" file and exit OpenIV Start LSPDFR and check; tinted lights should be good.    

This is a vehicle pack made to replicate the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

Introducing the San  Andreas Sheriff's Department's new fleet! This pack is based off of the San Diego County Sheriff's office vehicles.  The pack includes five vehicle textures, a CVPI, FPIS, Dodge Charger, Chevy Caprice, and Chevy Tahoe.

This is my Los Santos Sheriff's department helicopter texture that is based off of the San Diego Sheriff's department's paint scheme for all the helicopters in its air unit also know as ASTREA (Aerial Support To Regional Enforcement Agencies). 
 
THIS TEXTURE IS NOT TO BE REDISTRIBUTED. YOU ARE NOT TO USE THIS TEXTURE FOR A CLAN OR SERVER. YOU MAY USE THIS TEXTURE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

This is a texture I put together quickly. I plan on Updating this at a later date to add more vehicles and making into a pack. All of the the textures will be for Bxbugs123's vehicles. I plan on making one for the Ford CVPI (it will work on ALL variants of his CVPI). This Charger Texture will work on ALL Variants of his Dodge Charger.
 
 

This is a texture pack I have made in my spare time. It turned out well so I decided to release it.
