Amber Lights - Chevy Express Coroner

I didn't like the red lights on the Chevy Express, couldn't find another good real-life coroner van, so I made a simple re-texture of the lightbar and a different sirensetting in the carvariations of the Chevrolet Express Coroner Van found here:
Known Bugs:
Lightbar doesn't rotate (that's because of the sirensettings of the Lifeguard, can't find a fix)
Grilllights are always on (I am not the best retexturer out there, so consider it a simple fix if you want the yellow coroner lights)
