    I have created this texture for Ford Explorer Fedral Signal Valor lightbar By PimDSLR.
    How to Install?
    Firstly, you should have and need the vehicle model:
    Download the vehicle here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9751-ford-explorer-fedral-signal-valor-lightbar-by-pimdslr-fixed-invisible-problem/
    Secondly, using OpenIV, navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
    And lastly, double click on  police3.ytd and replace the textures with mine. DONE
