    Hi, I am new to LPCDFR and have been playing it for a few hours now. Could someone please point me to the instructions on how to add a new police car from the downloads section? Also, to get the siren/lights working so that you can just have lights and burst the siren when needed. Thanks a lot.

    Hi, I have GTA IV for Xbox 360, but would like to purchase for PC. Please let me know if this isn't the correct forum for posting this question, but would a used copy of GTA IV for the PC be any different than a new copy? I wasn't sure if buying used might affect my ability to play online etc. Thanks!
