Oh, I see now, I haven't heard of that or had that happen to me before but how much ram do you have, and also how many inch is your monitor? Sorry, these are the only things I can think of right now, still searching.

Well, you said that whenever you change the graphics settings, your resolution goes to 800x600, right? So maybe if you configure all of the graphics first, than set your resolution last, you should be good to go... Correct me if I'm wrong, haha.

Have you tried customizing all the settings first then changing your resolution?

To call backup, press Alt + B. You can command a partner to engage a pedestrian/suspect by aiming and pressing F7, and regroup at your position by pressing F6. You can also look at the Hints & Tips thread by Sam to see some other cool things you can do: Hope this helps!

Also, try disabling your anti-virus program(s), and do you have Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant enabled/started on Services? Those can/will cause GTA IV to not run/run properly.

Right click a file/folder and press Copy, then right click again where ever you want it, press Paste and BAM! There is two of them! (which equals a backup file/folder)

Have you got your antivirus disabled? Are you running as Administrator?

I think he meant scroll down to the bottom on the left side, (when you press browse) then you'll see "models > cdimages, click on it, then you'll see vehicles.img. Hope that helped!

Hey guys, so I downloaded a car mod and used SparkIV for it and did what you would usually do for a car mod. So I went on GTA 4 and went to the car, but then, well... it turned out to be like this: http://s1245.photobu...10-21-34-02.jpg I have no idea how to fix it, so does anyone know how to fix this? Sorry for the noob question. Thanks!
