Here is a brand new version of my previously released GPD pack. It has been completely redone with new lighting, textures, etc. 
 
You can read more of the contents in the file, but to give a brief overview:

KNOWN BUGS: (These are not game-breaking, and I would appreciate you not messaging me or commenting about them as I already know)
·        Some Glass Does not Shatter
·        Reflective Textures have low LODs after L0 (Cannot figure out how to fix this)
·        Handling is poor when you do not assign properly in vehicles.meta

I started this tahoe a few months ago. The model is %100 fictional, it is not based on any department. The livery is based off of Blaine County Sheriff Dept. in Idaho. I kind of just threw together what I thought would look good. I really hope you enjoy this!

I have returned.. with a 2016 FPIU. There are two variants to this model as shown in the screenshots. You can choose whether you want to have it with the Westin bar which adds lights to the rambar as well, or the no rambar variant which to replace the rambar lighting adds a light stick in the grille. The ALPRS can be toggled with extra_12. All blue and red and blue versions are included.

Based off of a Georgia Police Ghost unit, this pack started as a 2016 Dodge Charger and sprouted into the super ultra mega pack that it is now.
I released these on this day as a tribute to the victims of 9/11. It's an upsetting day for some families, individuals and communities. This is my way of supporting you. God bless.

For some reason people need to know how to install this. I have a custom game and DO NOT install over the default vehicles.
But here is a way to install...
Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drop the .ytd and .yft files in there. The ELS VCF for this vehicles goes into "Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default PatchdayXXng stands for the latest patchday folder, which would be Patchday19ng by the time I'm writing this.

I highly suggest using these as ADDONS. I do not replace vanilla cars in my game so I am unsure of how to replace vanilla vehicles!

I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.

Awesome Livery by @BradM
This vehicle is quite high-poly, so I don't recommend those with a lower end system to use (However I have noticed absolutely no performance loss with this vehicle in my game). Also, I recommend using RDE with this vehicle. And, one other thing; My extra_11 is not working on zmod currently. I apologize for the lack of takedowns and will fix this ASAP. Please use your high beams for now :D
