    Hello Everybody,
     
    Welp, I've been promising this pack for quite some time and after 10 months of building it, it has finally come to be. 
     
    There is so many lightbars, configurations, setups, features that it is hard to name all of them so I'm sure I am going to miss some of the unique touches I put into each department and the overall ones within the pack but I will do my best to remember. This pack is planned to be supported with fixes to issues as I come across them while recording content.
     
    - Over 60 Vehicles that you can customize to your liking with light color setups and/or liveries
    - 4k Liveries for +HI YTD's and 2k Liveries for YTD
    - Replacement Vehicles to Replace Default LEO Vehicles that have working LOD's (I am no good at creating LOD's so they are not the most optimized but they are there)
    - Light Pod Templates (You are able to change any light pod color on any of the vehicles you want. The template is included in the files to do this)
    - All Blue Light Setup has been included for those that want to run all blues but customize however you want!
    - Vehicle Templates (You are able to change the liveries to something else that you desire instead. The Template is provided to make your own)
    - Reflective Liveries (The Paleto Bay Department vehicles DO have reflective Liveries)
    - Siren Controller(I forget which departments I did this to, but the siren controller lights for the different stages do work for the extra detail)
    - Working Radar (The Vehicles Speed Tracked (Green Light) works in the HEAT units using the Rockstar Race Dash Dials)
    - Rotating Spotlight (All of the vehicles have working Spotlights (With the exception of the CVPI's) the work with the Scoop Dummy (Controlled the same way as the bulldozer)
    - Working Take Down Lights (All Vehicles have Take Downs with the exception of the Misc Service Ones)
    - Working Traffic Advisor Lights  (For vehicles that have a traffic advisor)
    - Working Ally Lights (All Vehicles)
    - Rambar and Wrap Around Extra (Some departments have the option to install a wrap around on your rambar, others have the option to run no rambar)
    - Accessory removal (On the FBI/Unmarked units you can choose to remove/add a rambar and/or add/remove ALPR Camera's mounted on the roof)
    - Lights that move with doors (If I have a light on a door, it should move when you open it, this includes trunks as well as bumpers if they get blown off)
    - Working Cargo Organizer (When You open the trunk on most models, the trunk organizer drawer will open up as well with accessories/equipment inside)

    - Do you plan to make a non els version?
    If I'm bored, and GTA 6 hasn't been announced yet, then I may try and make an Non ELS Version of this pack. It of coarse, will have limitations due to the settings and features ELS can provide (Take Downs, Traffic Advisors, etc.) over non els.
     
    - Do you plan to add more vehicles?
    It is possible. I did want to maybe do some Fort Zancudo vehicles as well but its not guaranteed
     
    - I can't get this to work, can you help me install it?
    No, I'm sorry but my time is very stretched thin to where I can't hold anyone's hand. You are downloading this with the understanding/knowledge of how to install vehicles into your game. I've set this up as a DLC only to better optimize the file size of the download.
     
    - Can I upload my liveries I create?
    Yes! You may re upload the YTD file with your created livery. I ask however that you link your upload to this page so the YFT can be downloaded. DO NOT UPLOAD THE YFT Files!

    Bored with the vanilla GTA 5 free roam mode? Wish there was more interaction and things to do? Hate how the cops will only ever kill and never arrest? Confused why civilians don't care that you are carrying a rocket launcher? Los Santos RED hopes to enhance the default criminal free roam experience by: adding an entirely new script based dispatching system, enhancing police/gang/civilian AI, adding stores and locations to visit, allowing you to perform actions and consume items you buy, giving you the ability to swap to any ped on the street and become that persona, adding new crimes that civilians and cops can report/arrest you for, enhancing the carjacking and lockpicking activities, adding and expanding civilian hold ups and interactions, completely rewriting the scanner system to be more immersive, and much more. The mod also aims to be extremely customizable by exposing tons of settings for the player to get the experience they want. Additional configuration settings are also available in the user editable xml files for even more customization.

    ## Installation
    - Place all RAGE Plugin Hook files in the root GTA V directory
        - RAGE Plugin Hook Version 1.105 or later required, see RPH Discord #necessities to get it since the main site is outdated.
    - Place all RAGENativeUI files in the root GTA V directory
        - RageNativeUI Version 1.9.2 or later required, be sure to update if you haven't
    - Download the latest release and drag into the root GTA V directory (NAudio is included in the package with LSR)
    - Requires a custom Gameconfig, Packfile Limit Adjuster, and Heap Adjuster!
        - Download and install based on the instructions provided. Links: Gameconfig Packfile Limit Adjuster Heap Adjuster
    - Verify RAGE Plugin Hook is installed to the root GTA V directory
    - Verify NAudio.dll and NAudio.xml along with RageNativeUI.dll and RageNativeUI.xml are in the root GTA V directory

    Hello everyone! The time has come to begin releasing the older packs from Patreon. It was beginning to clutter up my hardrive anyway. It should tide you all over month to month whilst I try and get out more public packs.
     
    This will be updated everytime the Patreon previous packs have been updated, so roughly every couple of months. In here you'll find old liveries, older mini-packs and so on. This is being released 'as is': I.E. there are no updates or support for these older packs. This currently covers 2020-2024, with further being added as it cycles through.
     
    You WILL have to sift through these yourself, it's not up to me to tell you where everything is. Some packs have been merged for ease, newer packs are labelled 'DLC' as they use the DLC.rpfs for packs and some packs have screenshots, others I have added an OpenIV preview screenshot. I have provided guidance in the spoilers below.

    Immersive Ambient Events is an ambient events plugin designed to fill in gaps of your patrol where nothing happens for long periods of time, without interfering with callouts, pursuits, pullovers, or anything else you may be doing!

    Important: Due to how the severe weather event works, the game time cannot be frozen, or else the event will never end, there is a workaround in the FAQ below.

    Features:
    - Timer System:
    The plugins timer system constantly checks if you're available for calls and not doing anything significant. If you accept a callout or do anything else that would make the plugin consider you busy (Get into a pursuit, start a traffic stop, or otherwise set yourself as not available for calls) the plugins timer system stops and resets to the time you specify in the ini file, and it doesn't start again until you are no longer busy. Only one event in this plugin spawns at a time (with the exception of the Vehicle BOLO event, more on this below), to avoid overloading you with things to do. 
     
    - Two Menus:
    The plugins menu allows you to customize all your ini values in game, and save them to the ini file. It even allows you to change the keybinds for the menu in game! The menu also has multiple other uses, like interacting with peds in specific events through the interaction submenu. 
    The plugin also has a second menu, which can be accessed in the RPH F4 console using the command "IAEOpenForceEventMenu" This second menu will allow you to forcefully spawn any event in the plugin, as well as forcefully end the current event that's active.
     
    - Error Handling System:
    We've all been there, you're enjoying a nice patrol on LSPDFR, then suddenly one plugin has an error and it crashes LSPDFR. This plugin has an error handling system that will help prevent that from happening! If for any reason an error happens within the plugin, a notification will be displayed, notifying you that an error occurred, it will log the error, and it will prevent a full LSPDFR crash. If the error happens to come from an ambient event and not one of the plugins backend systems, the plugin will log the error, display a notification, and forcefully end the event and continue on spawning new events like nothing happened. However, this system is not full-proof, so there is still a (small) chance that LSPDFR might crash if there's an error. I will continue to improve this system in future updates. 
     
    - In Depth Vehicle BOLO System:
    One of the events, Vehicle BOLO, saves between game sessions. Meaning that if you don't catch the guy during your patrol and get off LSPDFR, that exact same suspect(s) and vehicle will be there waiting for you in the same BOLO the next time you hop on. There's even a chance that an AI unit could locate the BOLO suspect and initiate a pursuit. Pay close attention to the details regarding the crime, as it can hint as to how the suspect will react when trying to be pulled over. This event is designed to be as randomized as possible for maximum replayability, even the amount of details you get on the vehicle is randomized. Sometimes you may get the make and model, sometimes maybe the make and a partial plate, etc etc. "But what if I have custom vehicles installed that replaces AI traffic?" Well I have good news for you, I included a file (bolomodels.json) within the Immersive Ambient Events folder that allows you to customize the names of the make, model, and class of vehicles in the notification. With this file you can even add new vehicles to the list of vehicles used in the event. Because this event usually lasts long periods of time, it runs on its own timer that's independent from the other ambient events. 

    - Realistic Severe Weather Event:
    No more patrols where the weather stays the exact same unless you manually change it. With the severe weather event, a storm (or blizzard if the current weather is a snow based one) can roll in at any moment, and even have the potential to knock out power across the map, making it extremely dark if it happens to be late at night. Hopefully your vehicle has spotlights or takedowns! 

    FAQ:
    How can I patrol during a specific time of day while having the severe weather event enabled?:
    In simpletrainer, go to the time settings, and enable "Real Time Duration" what this does is it makes one minute in game the same as one minute in real life. Then you can change the ini setting for the severe weather event and set "HoursItLasts" to 0, and set the minutes option to be however long you want the storm to last. 
     
    How can I tell when an ambient event is happening?:
    Events will either display a notification of some sort, or a yellow question mark blip will appear on the minimap where the event is happening.
     
    The question mark blip for an event disappeared when I got close to the event or exited my vehicle, is this normal?:
    Yes, most events automatically delete the blip once you get close enough to be considered participating in the event, the events also take into consideration whether you're on foot or not before deleting the blip as well.
     
    Why is the "Interaction" item on the plugins menu greyed out?: 
    The interaction submenu is only enabled whenever there's an active event that uses it. If it is greyed out, that means no event that uses that system is active.

    Why am I not getting updated sightings for the Vehicle BOLO event?:
    For the Vehicle BOLO event, you need to be set as available for calls for the blip to update and for you to receive a notification. By default the event is set up to not show updated sighting notifications unless you are within 1000 meters of the area, however this can be changed in the BOLO event section of the plugins menu
     
    Why can't I pull over the vehicle involved with the Vehicle Trouble event?: 
    This is done on purpose, to prevent the pullover from interfering with tasks given to the driver. Don't worry, this is temporary and once the event is finished, you can pull that driver over if needed!

    This mod raises various siren limits in GTA V.
     
    The per-vehicle siren limit is raised from 20 to 32. Vehicles can now have siren1 through siren32, which are all fully functioning and independent. The siren_glass limit is also raised to 32. Note that the limit of 128 total bones on a vehicle still exists.
     
    The maximum value of a siren setting ID in carcols is raised to 65535. In the base game, siren settings can conflict if one of them has a value over 255. Now, siren setting IDs can go up to 65535 without conflicting with each other.
     
    This mod also expands the maximum number of unique siren settings you can have. If you have 400 cars, and they all have unique light patterns, that'll work.
     
    Installation
    Copy the included ASI to your game folder.
     
    Usage
    For additional lights, just use siren21 through siren32 and add extra entries to the siren settings in carcols.meta. Again, note that there is still a limit of 128 total bones on a single vehicle.
     
    For the increased ID limit, just use a number bigger than "255" as the ID. The values 0, 255, and 65535 are reserved, so don't use those specific values. No additional configuration is required.
     
    RPH Users
    SSLA does not require RAGEPluginHook, but it is compatible with it. However, it is ONLY compatible with the latest version! RPH version 1.98 has a compatibility patch that will play nicely with SSLA v2. The latest RPH version can be found bundled with LSPDFR, or on the RAGEPluginHook Discord server.
     
    If you had RAGEPluginHook and SSLA v1, you may have had a compatibility DLL in your Plugins folder. This DLL is no longer required and should be removed. RPH now talks directly to SSLA.
     
    RPH plugins that deal with emergency lighting will continue to function, but may need to be updated to support lights 21 through 32.
     
    FiveM Users
    SSLA v2 is compatible with FiveM. The server owner must enable ASIs in server.cfg with sv_scripthookallowed true, and Each user must copy the ASI into the plugins folder in their FiveM Application Data. No changes are required to the server config.
     
    RPH Developers
    In RPH version 1.98 and up, the Lights member of an EmergencyLighting will be length EmergencyLighting.MaxLights (a static class property) instead of necessarily being length 20. They will still all have the same length, it's just that that length will be longer than 20 if SSLA is installed.
     
    Logging
    This ASI produces a SirenSettings.log file in your game directory. It records:
    Every loaded SirenSetting, its name, its ID, and its internal index; Every loaded vehicle, its name, its siren ID, and the index it was matched to; Any conflicts, where two SirenSetting entries have the same ID. License

    Introduction Hello everyone, I’m pleased and very excited to introduce the “Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script” or L.E.J.S. for short. The script was designed and outlined as a team project between Albo1125 and myself. This script was designed in-mind to give the end-user more control over the policing powers within GTA V. By allowing most, if not all, the functionality of governing which departments have jurisdictions over what parts of Los Santos. With this script you’ll have the power on setting up which areas of patrols… what particular vehicles are in use… what particular Law Enforcement Officers are in use... are they stationed or patrolling… what time of (day or night)… and much-much more.

      Police Jurisdiction Police jurisdiction refers to the legal authority for police to enforce laws and the specific geographical area in which this authority exists. Police officers generally have jurisdiction to enforce the laws of a local geographic area or the entire state in which they serve. By contrast, federal officers, such as FBI agents, carry out the enforcement of federal laws throughout the entire country.  
    Jurisdictions and Policing Possibilities Border and Customs Enforcement. Wildlife and Game Enforcement. City, State and Federal Buildings Patrols. County Roads, Freeways, Highways and Byways Patrols. Road Construction Assistance and Enforcement. Railroads and Train Yards Patrols. Subways and Trolleys Patrols. Airport Policing and Security Enforcement. Marina, Beach and Shipyard Patrols. Coast Guard Patrols. Public and Private Property Security Patrol. Or any other area of Law Enforcement and Security that you can think of.   Summary L.E.J.S. allows the end-user to customize their needs within the .INI file (example below), by giving the end-user certain key variables on achieving their goals. The script will be an ongoing project (add-ons, updates, tweaking, etc…) that will give the end-user even more control over time.

      Q&A Time Q. Is there a tutorial on getting started?
    A. Yes. Please see the awesome tutorial video by Albo in the video section. Also, the first time you execute the LEJS Editor - it will automatically link you with the tutorial video. Don’t worry, it’s only a onetime measure on cutting down on some of the learning curve questions. Lastly, the Editor may require the “run anyway” elevated permissions for the first time depending on your OS.
    Q. How many Jurisdictions Patrol Profiles can I create within the .INI file?
    A. Creating jurisdiction profiles are limitless. That being said, I would personally suggest on keeping each jurisdiction area or zone, vehicle count under twenty-five (25). Especially if you’re using non-vanilla vehicles and a large activation boundary. In other words: You can have hundreds and hundreds of patrol spots… just keep each jurisdiction or area under twenty-five (25) vehicles if possible.
    Q. Can the user create jurisdictions and patrol points all across Los Santos?
    A. Yes.
    Q. Can the user create sea and air support jurisdictions points?
    A. Yes. If you’re creating custom air-support and/or sea-support jurisdictions… you can gather coordinates by using a simple trainer or enhanced trainer “airbrake” feature during gameplay, then saving the coordinates data via RHA console command “SaveLEJSLocationInfo MyLocationName”.          
    Q. How accurate are the Jurisdictions and patrolling setups?
    A. The script is very accurate to what the .INI file is setup to do (by you). The x, y, z coordinates, heading coordinates and the area of patrol size, are very important key components on giving the user as much control and accuracy on creating believable jurisdictions patrols.
    Q. What is the difference between selecting a “Custom” and “Zone” jurisdiction setup?
    A. Custom setups gives the user more options (control) for specific needs and accuracy… while Zone setups gives the user immediate selections (over 90 zones) on getting patrols setup quickly - without the needed coordinates data.
    Q. Can I create “Custom” and “Zone” setups within the same jurisdiction?
    A. Yes.     
    Q. Is there a default .INI (prebuilt) contained in the download?
    A. Yes. A few patrol points on getting you started.
    Q. Can I use custom and/or renamed patrol vehicles?
    A. Yes.
    Q. Can I use civilian cars?
    A. Yes. If it has wheels, wings and it floats - you can use it.
    Q. Do the LEJS Officers react to crimes?
    A. Yes and No. Officers will react to Michael’s, Trevor’s and Franklin’s crimes - not surrounding crimes (gangbangers, fights, etc…). We’re working on the latter part… so stay tuned for updates.
    Q. The Officers that are patrolling - do they roam away from their areas of assignments?
    A. No. As long as the user sets the correct “area of patrol size” and/or other boundaries within the .INI file… the patrolling Officers will stay within their jurisdiction scope.
    Q. Will Officers leave their Jurisdictions during a commission of crime?
    A. Yes. But we’re looking into giving the user the option on “not allowing pursuits beyond the set jurisdiction scope”.
    Q. How do I get the axis x, y, z, and heading coordinates for my particular custom patrol needs?
    A. LEJS has a custom console command “SaveLEJSLocationInfo MyLocationName” which allows you to easily save your location information in the required format of LEJS's INI file.
    Q. Will there be a thread on sharing locations and coordinates?
    A. Sure will. I figured some end-users may-not want to go through the hassle of plugging in data. So there will be a thread where users can share their Jurisdiction setups and/or patrolling spots (with photos) – so that others can decide if its fits their needs.
    Q. How stable is the script?
    A. No major problems to report.
    Q. How can I edit the .INI file?
    A. The nice and simplistic .INI Editor of course! 
    Q. Key features?
    A. Most of the key features can be viewed from the .INI Editor. However, I believe the master viewing mode (F3 Key by default) is quite impressive. You can verify the areas of patrols that you created (per immediate surrounding area), and modify them later based on your observation. And if you set the blip feature (per car) within the .INI file, you’ll see the vehicles in real-time (especially the vehicles that are set to patrol) doing their job within the area of scope that you set.
    Q. What are the red, green and yellow blips in the master viewing mode (F3)?
    A. If enabled in the .INI file (per vehicle), the master viewing mode lets the user know which vehicles are stationed (red), which ones are patrolling (green) and which ones are zoned spawned (yellow).  
    Q. How do I reload the script if it stops working completely?
    A.  Bring up the Rage Plugin Console. First, if necessary, unload the plugin by typing UnloadPlugin “Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script.dll” and pressing enter. You can then reload it by typing LoadPlugin “Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script.dll” and pressing enter.
    Q. Can I easily make changes to the INI file while in game?
    A. Absolutely! When you’re in master viewing mode (F3), you can reload the values from the INI file by pressing F5 (default). You will see the changes you made are immediately reflected by the master viewing mode for easy editing and perfecting your jurisdictions.
    FYI:  * Guys/Gals please make sure to use the correct coordinates when creating custom zones. Especially if it has a negative (-) in front of it. Example: if the coordinate states -34.789 then it should be -34.789.   Tutorial Video:
