  1. modifying carvariations.meta is ok (the guide says to add an entire section for police) but modifying vehicles is different. Since there is no police entry in rde folder, i had to add that. Still causing the game to glitch (no model spawning, trainer freezes). Do you have it? do you have modded carvariations and vehicle file? I read on the CVPI page that the carvariations files are messed up, but i don't know what to do
  2. is it me or windows nor windshield nor lights are breaking?
  3. Anyone knows why this car does not show up as police? Extracted all the files from the OIV package, modified the carvariations (police instead of sheriff), changed the lines in vehicles.meta (police vanilla lines instead of sheriff, modifying the flags). Made game glitch, textures gone and vehicle not spawning EDIT: I'm using realism dispatch enhanced
  4. do you guys know how to make BxBugs CVPI working in RDE? (i have the manual installation version, so it's only a matter of file location). The mod says to modify the police original vehicles.meta (some flags, located in update.rpf\update\common\data\levels\gta5) and a carvariations readme (located in the mpchristmas2 dlc). What am I supposed to do? following instruction (except for model location, which is RDE dlc) made my game glitch out (model not spawning, weird world textures etc.)
  5. @PimDSLR now that you have released your unmarked version of the explorer, what do you think about setting the lightbar as permanent and not as an extra? There are very few chances of the lightbar to spawn. And I do not want to set lightbar as the only extra (because doing that the spotlight and rambar will never spawn)
  6. @PieRGud only one problem: in some of your uniforms (like SAHP motorcyle uniform and LSPD short uniform) when you sprint there is a pixel right in center of the cop back. A black pixel for the LSPD uniform and a red pixel for SAHP
  7. I solved the problem (I think). If someone is using Realism Dispatch Enhanced, it adds a texture for the default policeb. Going into veichles.rpf of the RDE dlc and deleting the policeb.ytd solved my problem
  8. Yes, as said in your readme. I'm not new at installing modded models. Anyway when I come back home I'll test it again, maybe I did something wrong

  10. @nicks0112 Tried with a simple texture made by me (will send you if you want). It seems ok in the openiv model preview, but in game it's all black (don't know why it's happening): Only problems (very nitpicky) that I found is that exhaust flames are in the wrong position (I think the position of the default vanilla policeb) and the feets of the driver are a little bit inside the lateral boxes. Will send images if you want
    Finally a modern-looking police bike! Surely I'll try to do a SAHP texture. Looking forward for your BMW model!

  13. Game keeps crashing. Don't know if it's my fault, normally I'm running on High settings. i5 3.10 GHz, 8Gb ram and 2gb of Vram. Is it enough or not? EDIT: game keeps crashing even at low resolution and safety mode. All textures on low etc. and windowed mode, to reduce gpu and cpu impact
    Very nice mod, I love the added veichles. Damn, Highway Patrol and NOOSE cars are awesome! Anyway, that's too heavy. I have an i5 @3.10 GHz, 8gb of RAM and 2gb of VRAM (poor pc but no so bad) and it crashes very frequently even with the low-end settings. It's a pity

    Awesome model! You solved some of the things I didn't like in the original model (few lights, dark windows, no extras etc.). Anyway I do not want to appear nitpicky but can you specify what you change when you update the model like other devs do? Because it's like: "oh, PimDSLR updated his model an hour ago, let's see what has been changed" and nothing is written. LOL EDIT: yeah I know that, but there is no changelog

  16. Anyway this car should have more skins, as it spawns very frequently and only 2 make same unit numbers appear too much frequently. Also I noticed that you put the lightbar as an extra, I wouldn't have done it. Pushbar and spotlights as extra is ok, but not the lightbar: they will spawn only one at a time (not a problem for personal vehicle, trainer will do the job, but for AI police they will spaw 1/3 without lightbar). This is a problem that affected also F5544 CVPI with Arjent/Mx, setting lightbar as an extra will make it spawn more and more rarely as you add extras to the model. Lights setting is ok, no bugs for me
  17. Search for police3 in the carvariations.meta provided by pimdslr. Copy the whole part, changing the name from police3 to police, then paste it at the top of the carvariations.meta located in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpluxe/dlc.rpf/common/data
    Very nice model! Actually I'm replacing my LSPD fleet with your fed signal valor vehicles (CVPI, Interceptor, Charger by F5544, Explorer as Sheriff2 and Pranger). Just some tips: add multiple liveries (like the original model) and maybe a spotlight
  18. Hey Bxbugs, sorry for quoting (can't tag on my pc, don't know why). I wonder why I can't use the Impala as POLICE. Installed the .ytd and .yft files (and renamed them) in the right position (x64e/levels/gta5), changed the POLICE flag lines in veichles.meta, installed the carvariations file you provide changing with POLICE. Game is stuck on loading, then crashes. What am I doing wrong? EDIT: nevermind, problem solved. You need to delete one of the double "item" in carvariations.
