I tried to make all lights blue, I don't know why, but a couple are still red. If you know how to fix this, hit me up. But anyway, the Car itself is amazing. One of my favorites So far.
If you like the charger, try my NCHP Ford Explorer.

WELCOME TO THE FIRST GTA5 NORTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY PATROL VEHICLE!!!!!!!
If you have never replaced a vehicle skin, simply go to the vehicle location in Open IV, Go into Edit Mode, click the .ytd files, find the file that has the original skin, click it, hit replace at the top, find my skin and you're done. (Best to extract my texture to the desktop from Winrar.)

This only replaces one License plate, If you wish to replace more, just rename the plate in the .rar to the plate you wish to replace. (default- plate4)
